Who we are
DocuPro (also known as GoDocuPro) is a Windows document management system made by DocuPro, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. This website, godocupro.com, describes the product and lets you request a demo. DocuPro is responsible for the personal information collected through it.
This policy covers the website only. Documents and data that customers store in DocuPro itself are governed by the agreement each customer signs with us.
What we collect, and why
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the demo request form:
- First and last name
- Work email address
- Organization and industry (optional)
- Anything you write about the documents and process you want to see (optional)
How we use it
We use these details to reply to your request, schedule and run the demo, and follow up about DocuPro. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How it is processed and stored
The form is delivered to our inbox as an email through Cloudflare's email sending service. The website has no database of its own and does not store what you submit. Your request then lives in our business email and, if we proceed, in the notes we keep about your evaluation.
We keep that information for as long as we are in contact with you about DocuPro, and we delete it when you ask us to.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without collecting personal information or tracking you across sites. The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or social-media trackers.
Hosting
godocupro.com is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data such as IP addresses and request headers to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, as described in their own privacy documentation.
Links to other sites
The site links to our profiles on LinkedIn and AlternativeTo and to other vendors’ websites for comparison. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and say what you would like us to do; we will confirm once it is done. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site collects or uses personal information, we will update this page and the effective date below. This version is effective October 13, 2026.
